SIQI After-Sales Service Policy
Welcome to buy SIQI products. In order to have your satisfaction, please read this after-sale service policy after you purchase our mobile phone parts.
1. What is not covered by SIQI warranty?
(a) to any non-SIQI products
(b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on parts;
(c) to damage caused by non-specialized installed for LCD & digitizer screens, cables/cable IC, glass broken, etc.
(d) to broken SIQI products label (very important, please keep the label complete).
(e) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause.
2. SIQI warranty since delivered out:
All the mobile parts is 6 months warranty only based on No welding, No split, No tear protective film and No installed.
Otherwise, without warranty.
Problem happened during the warranty time, we can replace the new products after receive the defective one.
Returning shipping cost need to be paid by customers, the re-delivery shipping cost will be paid by SIQI.
3. Customer received incorrect parts:
If you have received an incorrect item, please take clear photos of the incorrect item with and contact our sales to open a
WEA (Warranty Exchange Authorization) . We will verify the error and fix it as quickly as possible.
Depending on customer's request (refund or exchange), the WEA handling process can be finished within 7 business days
after the defective items received by SIQI.
4. After Warranty
If the problem happened after installation for LCD and touch screen or beyond the warranty time for all parts,
all the after sales cost will be charged by customers.
